At Uniform Essence, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to deliver high-quality products, but if you receive a product that does not meet expectations, our return policy is outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect products delivered.
- The request for return must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order uniforms
- Items altered as per customer specifications
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with order details and clear images of the issue.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
- Returned items are subject to quality inspection before approval.
Refunds
- After successful inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy
- In eligible cases, we offer replacement instead of refund, depending on product availability.
Important Notes
- Uniform Essence reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
- Minor color variations due to screen settings are not considered defects.
